We advised the father of a minor in a conciliation hearing to regulate the custody, care and maintenance of the minor, managing to avoid this process to be advanced before the courts, saving the client time, money and ensuring that the minor did not have to go through the psychological burden that can represent to be heard before a judge to dispute their parents.

The firm represented a group of siblings who inherited a property from their parents, but could not reach an agreement to sell it. As a result, a divisional proceeding was initiated to take the property to public auction. Upon the filing of the lawsuit, the firm was able, through hard work of conciliation, to get the heirs to reach an agreement and sell the property at a higher value than the value inherited from their parents.
