Likewise, she designs and implements strategies for human resources departments in terms of benefits and remuneration policies. In his professional career, she has advised numerous companies on issues related to individual, collective and social security labor law. She also accompanies the technical defense in governmental and contentious-administrative actions, and is part of the consulting teams.

She is also part of litigation, collective bargaining and training for corporate clients.

• Advises T.A.T DIMAR SAS, a company with more than 100 direct and indirect employees, in the integral management of labor and commercial relations.

• Advises more than 50 labor lawsuits before the ordinary jurisdiction before different employers and workers. She has advanced successful labor negotiation processes with companies such as Avianca.
