• Advised Diego Gaitan, an important Colombian businessman, in a private process of sale of 100% of its shareholding in the company COINVERCOP SAS, a Colombian company leader in the consumer credit sector through draft to the private equity fund CUANTUM SOLUCIONES FINANCIERAS for the amount of 2 MILLION DOLLARS.
• Advised NOVOPAYMENT SAS, an important payment ecosystem technology services company, in the process of merger by absorption with SERVITEBCA COLOMBIA SERVICIOS DE TRANSFERENCIA ELECTRONICA DE BENEFICIOS Y PAGOS S.A.S.
• Advised the Spanish company Consulting Ezolution SL on foreign direct investment in Colombia in the technology industry. This, through the incorporation of a subsidiary company subordinate to the parent company. We also provided advice on the exchange regime applicable to the entry into the country, of the resources for the investment and their monetization.
• Advised a Colombian businessman in a financial consumer protection claim arising from a breach of contract in a financial leasing contract. The amount of the claims amounted to 500 million (COP) and the litigation was successful.
• Advised INCREMESA SA, a financial sector company specialized in credit investigations. The advice consisted of a specialized integral accompaniment for the representation of the company in shareholders' meetings.
• Advised TROPICAL FRUIT, a leading company in the production of fruit derivatives. The advice consisted in the elaboration of a Joint Venture association with an American investor to export fruit pulp to the European Union.
